NOTICE FOR STUDENTS

FOR SEMESTER REGISTRATION IN 2022

This is to inform following students that you have to be registered for the semester on/before the deadline (given below). Students those who are not registered for the semester will not be eligible to follow the semester studies. Please follow the instructions given below for registration.

1.    Registration forms could be downloaded from the website.

2.    It is must to pay half of the semester fee (as per above table) at the registration via online payment gateway option (available at UCIARS web site)

3.    Duly filled registration form after paying ½ of the semester fee should be submitted to the Administration division via registered post to reach the Senior Assistant Registrar, University of Colombo Institute for Agro-Technology & Rural Sciences, Weligatta, Hambanthota  (pdf version of the duly filled registration form should be sent via registration@uciars.cmb.ac.lk after making the payment as the advanced copy)

4.    Those who submit the registration form without making ½ of the semester fee will not be treated as registered students for the semester and won’t be able to follow the semester studies.

5.    Full semester fee (other ½ of the fee) should be paid by all the students during 10^th week of the Semester and not before the date of examination.

ශිෂ්‍යයින් සඳහා කෙරෙන දැනුම්දීම
2022 සමාසික සඳහා ලියාපදිංචි වීම

පහත සඳහන් ශිෂ්‍යයින් අවසන් දිනට පෙර (පහත දක්වා ඇති පරිදි) නියමිත සමාසිකය සඳහා ලියාපදිංචි විය යුතුය. සමාසිකය සඳහා ලියාපදිංචි නොවූ සිසුන්ට අධ්‍යයන වාරයේ අධ්‍යයන කටයුතු හැදෑරීමට සුදුසුකම් නොලබයි. ලියාපදිංචි වීම සඳහා පහත සඳහන් උපදෙස් අනුගමනය කළ යුතුය.

1.    ආයතනයේ වෙබ් අඩවියෙන් ලියාපදිංචි වීමේ පෝරම භාගත කර ගත හැකි ය.

2.    ලියාපදිංචි වීමේදී සමාසික ගාස්තුවෙන් (ඉහත වගුවේ දක්වා ඇති පරිදි) භාගයක් (½/) මාර්ගගත ගෙවීම් ක්‍රමවේදය ඔස්සේ ( online payment gateway option – available at UCIARS website) ගෙවීම් කිරීම අනිවාර්ය වේ.

3.    සාමාසික ගාස්තුවෙන් භාගයක් (½) ගෙවීමෙන් අනතුරුව, නිසියාකාරව සම්පූර්ණ කරන ලද ලියාපදිංචි පෝරමය ලියාපදිංචි තැපෑලෙන් පරිපාලන අංශය වෙත ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ සහකාර ලේඛකාධිකාරී, කොළඹ විශ්ව විද්‍යාලයීය කෘෂි තාක්ෂණික හා ග්‍රාමීය විද්‍යා ආයතනය, වැලිගත්ත, හම්බන්තොට යන ලිපිනය වෙත එවිය යුතුය. (නිසියාකාරව සම්පූර්ණ කළ ලියාපදිංචි පෝරමයේ මෘදු පිටපත (pdf) ගෙවීම් කිරීමෙන් අනතුරුව registration@uciars.cmb.ac.lk යන ඊමේල් ලිපිනය වෙත ප්‍රථමයෙන් යොමු කළ යුතුය)

4.    සමාසික ගාස්තු ගෙවීම් නොකර ලියාපදිංචි පෝරමය පමණක් ඉදිරිපත් කරන සිසුන් සමාසිකය සඳහා ලියාපදිංචි සිසුන් ලෙස නොසලකන අතර සමාසික අධ්‍යයන කටයුතු හැදෑරීමට සුදුසුකම් නොලබයි.

5.    අදාල සමාසිකයේ 10 වන සතිය තුළ පූර්ණ සමාසික ගාස්තුව (ඉතිරි කොටස) ගෙවීම් කළ යුතුය.(විභාගයට පෙර දිනයේ දී ගෙවීම් කිරීමට ඉඩ දෙනු නොලැබේ)
