විභාගය පිළිබඳ දැනුවත් කිරීමයි

2019.03.16 වන දින තෙවන වසර සිසුන්ගේ දෙවන සමාසිකය සඳහා විභාග කටයුතු ආරම්භ කරන බැවින් ඊට අදාල විභාග අයදුම්පත් හා ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍ර ලබාගැනීම සඳහා පහත දක්වා ඇති පරිදි කටයුතු කරන්න.
01. 2019.03.05 දින සිට 2019.03.10 දක්වා විභාග අයදුම්පත් නිකුත් කරන අතර 2019.03.05 දින සිට 2019.03.08 දින තෙක් සහකාර ලේඛකාධිකාරී කාර්යාලයෙන් ද 2019.03.09 සහ 10 යන දිනයන්හි ආරක්ෂක අංශයෙන්ද විභාග අයදුම්පත් ලබාගත හැකිය.

කරන ලද අයදුම්පත්, ආයතනයේ ගිණුම් අංශයට යොමුකර දෙවන
සමාසිකය සඳහා ගෙවීම්
කර ඇති බවට තහවුරු කිරීමෙන් අනතුරුව
සහකාර
ලේඛකාධිකාරී කාර්යාලයට
ලබාදෙන්න.
03. ගෙවීම් තහවුරු කරන ලද අයදුම්පත්‍ර සඳහා පමණක් විභාග ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර 2019.03.11 දින සිට 2019.03.15 දින දක්වා සහකාර ලේඛකාධිකාරී කාර්යාලයෙන් නිකුත් කරනු ලැබේ. (2019.03.15 දිනෙන් පසු ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර නිකුත් නොකරන බව කරුණාවෙන් සලකන්න.)

Notice of 2nd Semester End Examination of
3rd year students
Dear Students,
Since 2nd semester examination for 3rd year students will be started from 16.03.2019, please follow the instructions given below, for getting Examination applications and admissions.
01. Examination applications will be issued from 05.03.2019 to 10.03.2019 and Applications can be collected from Assistant Registrar office from 05.03.2019 to 08.03.2019 and from Security Office on 09.03.2019 and 10.03.2019.
02. Duly
filled applications should be submitted to the Assistant Registrar office along with the endorsement of paying 2ndsemester
fee from Account Division.
03. Admissions will be issued only for the payment confirmed applications from Assistant Registrar office from 11.03.2019 to 15.03.2019
(Please note that admissions will not be issued after 15.03.2019)
