Dear Students,

Since 4"' Year 1 ' semester end examination is scheduled to be commenced from 15.01.2025, please follow the instructions given below in obtaining Examination applications and admissions.

01.             Examination applications can be collected from Senior Assistant Registrar office from 03.01.20 25 to 08.0 1.2025. (Except Saturday, Sunday & holidays) Applications will not be issued and completed applications will not be accepted by admin division after 08.01.202 5.

02.             Course  fee  arrears  should  be  paid  via  Payment  Gateway  —  Online  pay option on/ before 08.01.202 5 (available in UCIARS web site) and use the registration number assigned to you in making the payment.

03.             Duly filled applications (with the signature of subject coordinators) should be submitted to the Senior Assistant Registrar office along with the endorsement of paying 4'h Year 1*t semester fee arrears from Finance Division.

04.             Admissions will be issued only for the payment confirmed applications from Senior Assistant Registrar office from 09.01.202 5 to 10.01.2025. (Except Saturday, Sunday & holidays)

 

05.   Please not that admissions will not be issued after 10.01.2025 and at the date of examination.
