තෙවන වසර සඳහා සිසුන් තෝරාගැනීමේ විභාගය(Bridging Exam) පිළිබඳ දැන්වීමයි
13 වන ශිෂ්‍ය කණ්ඩායම B (2021/2022) සඳහා හා නැවත විභාගය
සඳහා ඉල්ලුම්කරන සිසුන් සඳහා
ශිෂ්‍ය/ශිෂ්‍යාවනි,
2023.02.11 වන දින සිට තෙවන වසර සිසුන් තෝරාගැනීමේ විභාගය සඳහා විභාග කටයුතු ආරම්භ කරන බැවින් ඊට අදාල විභාග අයදුම්පත් හා ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍ර ලබාගැනීම සඳහා පහත දක්වා ඇති පරිදි කටයුතු කරන්න.
01. 2023.01.23 දින සිට අයදුම්පත් ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ සහකාර ලේඛකාධිකාරී කාර්යාලයෙන් හෝ ආයතනයේ වෙබ් අඩවියෙන් ලබාගත හැක.
02. තෙවන වසර සඳහා සිසුන් තෝරාගැනීමේ පාඨමාලා ගාස්තුව (Bridging Course fee) හා හිඟ නේවාසිකාගාර ගාස්තු (අදාල වන පරිදි) මාර්ගගත ආකාරයට (Payment Gateway – Online pay option) ගෙවීම් කළ යුතු අතර (“online pay option” එක UCIARS වෙබ් අඩවියේ පවතී), ගෙවීම් කිරීමේ දී ඔබට ලබා දී ඇති ලියාපදිංචි අංකය භාවිතා කළ යුතුය. (සිසුන් තෝරාගැනීමේ පාඨමාලා ගාස්තු (Bridging Course fee) පිළිබඳව මේ සමඟ අමුණා ඇති අතර නැවත විභාගය සඳහා පෙනී සිටින සිසුන් අදාල විෂය අනුව (repeat subject) ගාස්තු ගෙවීම් කළ යුතුය.)
03. සම්පුර්ණ කරන ලද අයදුම්පත්(විෂය සම්බන්ධීකාරකගේ අත්සන සහිතව), ආයතනයේ මූල්‍ය අංශයට යොමුකර දෙවන වසර සිසුන් තොරාගැනීමේ පාඨමාලාවට (Bridging) හා හිඟ නේවාසිකාගාර පහසුකම් සඳහා ගෙවීම් කර ඇති බවට තහවුරු කිරීමෙන් අනතුරුව ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ සහකාර ලේඛකාධිකාරී කාර්යාලයට භාර දෙන්න.
04. ගෙවීම් තහවුරු කරන ලද අයදුම්පත්‍ර සඳහා පමණක් විභාග ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර 2023.02.01 දින සිට 2023.02.10 දින දක්වා ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ සහකාර ලේඛකාධිකාරී කාර්යාලයෙන් නිකුත් කරනු ලැබේ.(කිසියම් ගැටළුවක් පවතී නම් කරුණාකර 047 2034209 දුරකතන අංකය හරහා අමතන්න.)
(2023.02.10 දිනෙන් පසු ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර නිකුත් නොකරන අතර විභාග දිනයේ දී අයදුම්පත් කිසිසේත් නිකුත් නොකරන බව කරුණාවෙන් සලකන්න.)

Notice for 3rdYear Bridging Examination
13th Batch Group B (2021/2022) and Re-sitting Examinations (Repeat)
Dear Students,
Since 3rd Year Bridging examination is scheduled to be commenced from 11.02.2023, please follow the in instructions given below in obtaining Examination applications and admissions.
01. Examination
applications can be collected from Senior Assistant Registrar office from
23.01.2023 and
institute’s web site.
02. Bridging course fee and the hostel fee arrears (if applicable) should be paid via Payment Gateway – Online pay option (available in UCIARS web site) and use the registration number assigned to you in making the payment.(Bridging course fee schedule is attached and repeat students should be paid course fee relevant to their repeat subjects)
03.
Duly filled applications (with the signature of subject coordinators) should be submitted to the Senior Assistant Registrar
office along with the endorsement of paying 3rd year Bridging
course fee and the
hostel fee arrears from
Finance Division.
04. Admissions will be issued only for the payment confirmed applications from Senior Assistant Registrar office from 01.02.2023 to 10.02.2023. (If you have any issues please inform via 0472034209)
(Please note that admissions will not be issued after 10.02.2023 and at the date of examination)
