NOTICE FOR STUDENTS (EXTENSION OF DUE DATE FOR REGISTRATION)
REGISTRATION FOR THE SEMESTERS (2022) OF THE BACHELOR OF
AGRO-TECHNOLOGY DEGREE PROGRAMME
It is compulsory to register for each semester before starting academic activities. Students those who are not registered for the semester are not eligible to follow the semester studies and sit for the examination. Pls follow the instructions given below for registration as soon as possible.

1. Registration due date has been extended up to 09th September 2022 and no more extensions will be granted for registration.
2. It is must to pay half of the semester fee (as per above table) at the registration via online payment gateway option (available at UCIARS web site)
3. Duly filled registration form after paying ½ of the semester fee should be submitted to the Administration division via registered post to reach the Senior Assistant Registrar, University of Colombo Institute for Agro-Technology & Rural Sciences, Weligatta, Hambanthota (pdf version of the duly filled registration form should be sent via studentaffairs@uciars.cmb.ac.lk after making the payment as the advanced copy)
4. Those who submit the registration form without making ½ of the semester fee will not be treated as registered student for the semester and won’t be able to follow the semester studies after 09th September 2022.
5. Full semester fee (other ½ of the fee) should be paid by all the students during 10th week of the Semester and not before the date of examination.
