තෙවන වසර දෙවන සමාසික අවසන්
විභාගය පිළිබඳ දැන්වීමයි (08 සහ 09 කණ්ඩායම)
ශිෂ්‍ය/ශිෂ්‍යාවනි,
2022.05.08 වන දින සිට තෙවන වසර සිසුන්ගේ දෙවන සමාසිකය සඳහා විභාග කටයුතු ආරම්භ කරන බැවින් ඊට අදාල විභාග අයදුම්පත් හා ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍ර ලබාගැනීම සඳහා පහත දක්වා ඇති පරිදි කටයුතු කරන්න.
01. 2022.05.04 දින සිට අයදුම්පත් ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ සහකාර ලේඛකාධිකාරී කාර්යාලයෙන් ලබාගත හැක.
02. පාඨමාලා ගාස්තුව මාර්ගගත ආකාරයට (Payment Gateway – Online pay option) ගෙවීම් කළ යුතු අතර (“online pay option” එක UCIARS වෙබ් අඩවියේ පවතී), ගෙවීම් කිරීමේ දී ඔබට ලබා දී ඇති ලියාපදිංචි අංකය භාවිතා කළ යුතුය.
03. සම්පුර්ණ කරන ලද අයදුම්පත්, ආයතනයේ ගිණුම් අංශයට යොමුකර දෙවන සමාසිකය සඳහා ගෙවීම් කර ඇති බවට තහවුරු කිරීමෙන් අනතුරුව ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ සහකාර ලේඛකාධිකාරී කාර්යාලයට ලබාදෙන්න.
04. ගෙවීම් තහවුරු කරන අයදුම්පත්‍ර සඳහා පමණක් විභාග ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර 2022.05.04 දින සිට 2022.05.06 දින දක්වා ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ සහකාර ලේඛකාධිකාරී කාර්යාලයෙන් නිකුත් කරනු ලැබේ. (2022.05.06 දිනෙන් පසු ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර නිකුත් නොකරන බව කරුණාවෙන් සලකන්න.)

Notice of 2nd Semester End Examination of
3rd Year students (08th and 09th Batch)
Dear Students,
Since 2nd semester examination for 3rd Year will be commenced from 08.05.2022, please follow the instructions given below, for getting Examination applications and admissions.
Examination applications can be collected from Senior Assistant Registrar office from
04.05.2022.
Course fee should be paid via Payment Gateway – Online pay option (available in UCIARS
web site) and use the registration number assigned to you in making the payment
Duly filled applications should be submitted to the Senior Assistant Registrar office along with the endorsement of paying 2nd semester fee from Account Division.
Admissions will be issued only for the payment confirmed applications from Senior
Assistant Registrar office from 04.05.2022 to 06.05.2022.
(Please note that admissions will not be issued after 06.05.2022)
