පළමු වසර දෙවන සමාසික අවසන්
විභාගය පිළිබඳ දැන්වීමයි ( 12 කණ්ඩායම - A)
ශිෂ්‍ය/ශිෂ්‍යාවනි,
2022.06.15 වන දින සිට පළමු වසර දෙවන සමාසිකය සඳහා විභාග කටයුතු ආරම්භ කරන බැවින් ඊට අදාල විභාග අයදුම්පත් හා ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍ර ලබාගැනීම සඳහා පහත දක්වා ඇති පරිදි කටයුතු කරන්න.
01. 2022.06.01 දින සිට 2022.06.10 දක්වා අයදුම්පත් ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ සහකාර ලේඛකාධිකාරී කාර්යාලයෙන් ලබාගත හැක.
02. පාඨමාලා ගාස්තුව මාර්ගගත ආකාරයට (Payment Gateway – Online pay option) ගෙවීම් කළ යුතු අතර (“online pay option” එක UCIARS වෙබ් අඩවියේ පවතී), ගෙවීම් කිරීමේ දී ඔබට ලබා දී ඇති ලියාපදිංචි අංකය භාවිතා කළ යුතුය.
03. සම්පුර්ණ කරන ලද අයදුම්පත්, ආයතනයේ මූල්‍ය අංශයට යොමුකර පලමු වසර දෙවන සමාසිකය සඳහා ගෙවීම් කර ඇති බවට තහවුරු කිරීමෙන් අනතුරුව ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ සහකාර ලේඛකාධිකාරී කාර්යාලයට ලබාදෙන්න.
04. ගෙවීම් තහවුරු කරන අයදුම්පත්‍ර සඳහා පමණක් විභාග ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර 2022.06.09 දින සිට 2022.06.13 දින දක්වා ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ සහකාර ලේඛකාධිකාරී කාර්යාලයෙන් නිකුත් කරනු ලැබේ (සෙනසුරාදා, ඉරිදා සහ රජයේ නිවාඩු දින හැර).

Notice of 1st Year 2nd Semester End Examination
(12th Batch – A)
Dear Students,
Since 1st Year 2nd semester end examination is scheduled to be commenced from 15.06.2022, please follow the instructions given below in obtaining Examination applications and admissions.
01. Examination applications can be collected from Senior Assistant Registrar office from
01.06.2022 up to 10.06.2022.
02. Course fee should be paid via Payment Gateway – Online pay option (available in UCIARS
web site) and use the registration number assigned to you in making the payment
03. Duly filled applications should be submitted to the Senior Assistant Registrar office along with the endorsement of paying 1st year 2nd semester fee from Finance Division.
04. Admissions will be issued only for the payment confirmed applications from Senior
Assistant Registrar office from 09.06.2022 to 13.06.2022 (except Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays)
(Please note that admissions will not be issued after 13.06.2022)
