Notice of 2nd Semester End Examination of 2nd Year students (10th “B” Batch-2018/2019)

දෙවන වසර දෙවන සමාසික අවසන්

විභාගය පිළිබඳ දැන්වීමයි (10 “බී” - කණ්ඩායම-2018/2019)

ශිෂ්‍ය/ශිෂ්‍යාවනි,

2022.03.19 වන දින සිට දෙවන වසර සිසුන්ගේ දෙවන සමාසිකය සඳහා විභාග කටයුතු ආරම්භ කරන බැවින් ඊට අදාල විභාග අයදුම්පත් හා ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍ර ලබාගැනීම සඳහා පහත දක්වා ඇති පරිදි කටයුතු කරන්න.

01.       2022.03.09 දින සිට අයදුම්පත් ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ සහකාර ලේඛකාධිකාරී කාර්යාලයෙන් (සෙනසුරාදා,ඉරිදා සහ රජයේ නිවාඩු දින හැර) හා ආයතනයේ වෙබ් අඩවියෙන් ලබාගත හැක.

02.       පාඨමාලා ගාස්තුව මාර්ගගත ආකාරයට (Payment Gateway – Online pay option) ගෙවීම් කළ යුතු අතර (“online pay option” එක UCIARS වෙබ් අඩවියේ පවතී), ගෙවීම් කිරීමේ දී ඔබට ලබා දී ඇති ලියාපදිංචි අංකය භාවිතා කළ යුතුය.

03.       සම්පුර්ණ කරන ලද අයදුම්පත්, ආයතනයේ ගිණුම් අංශයට යොමුකර දෙවන සමාසිකය සඳහා ගෙවීම් කර ඇති බවට තහවුරු කිරීමෙන් අනතුරුව           ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ සහකාර  ලේඛකාධිකාරී කාර්යාලයට ලබාදෙන්න.

04.       ගෙවීම් තහවුරු කරන ලද අයදුම්පත්‍ර සඳහා පමණක් විභාග ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර 2022.03.14 දින සිට 2022.03.18 දින දක්වා (රජයේ නිවාඩු දින හැර) ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ සහකාර ලේඛකාධිකාරී කාර්යාලයෙන් නිකුත් කරනු ලැබේ. (2022.03.18 දිනෙන් පසු ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර නිකුත් නොකරන බව කරුණාවෙන් සලකන්න.)

Notice of 2nd Semester End Examination of

2nd Year students (10th “B”  Batch-2018/2019)

Dear Students,

Since 2nd semester examination for 2nd Year will be commenced from 19.03.2022, please follow the instructions given below, for getting Examination applications and admissions. 

01.              Examination applications can be collected from Senior Assistant Registrar office from
            09.03.2022 (except Saturday, Sunday and public Holidays) and institute’s web site.

 

02.              Course fee should be paid via Payment Gateway – Online pay option (available in UCIARS web site) and use the registration number assigned to you in making the payment

 

03.              Duly filled applications should be submitted to the Senior Assistant Registrar   office along with the endorsement of paying 2nd semester fee from Account Division.

04.              Admissions will be issued only for the payment confirmed applications from Senior Assistant Registrar office from 14.03.2022 to 18.03.2022 (except public Holidays).

(Please note that admissions will not be issued after 14.03.2022)
