2.This is a viral infection.
There are 2 types.
1. By biting insects and polluting wounds
2. By inhaling the virus
Symptoms:- *Wounds in the comb, wattles and other skin areas like white blisters
*Injuries to the feet and soft parts of the belly
*Poor egg production
3.There is no treatment for fowl pox.The only way to prevent this is by injecting other healthy birds.Wings with bird pox or pigeon pox vaccine should be provided on the web. This should be given to all healthy chickens within 12-16 weeks.
